Cancelled due to Coronavirus (Covid-19)
|It is with deep regret that we have to inform your that our Harvesters Men’s weekend at Hayes is cancelled for this year due to the Coronavirus. |
We have taken the opportunity to re-book Harvesters to secure the venue for next year and delighted to advise a new date of 9-11th April 2021.
We would be grateful if you could let us know your interest in this event, and particularly from those of you who have already booked to see if you would allow us to commute your booking and payments to next year’s weekend at the same rates. This helps us to manage expenses incurred for 2020 and cashflow to cover the 2021 booking.

| In addition, we are looking into a Harvesters day of prayer later in the year, and would also appreciate knowing your interest by clicking the button above. |
Many thanks for your support of Harvesters men’s ministry, which has been a blessing for so many over the years.
Our prayers are with you and your families, may this be a time of mutual support to strengthen our church and all our different communities. The Lord is with us and we stand in his promises, giving him thanks for all he is doing to bring about good at this difficult time.
What happens at a Harvesters weekend?
A Harvesters Men’s Weekend aims to provide men with an opportunity to reconnect with God, themselves and other men in a safe, varied and inclusive way. We try to cater for all, regardless of denomination, personality or sporting prowess. Therefore during the weekend we offer the opportunity to partake in the following activities:
Praise & Worship
Small group sessions
Free time to play sport, music, or rest
Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
The timings vary slightly each year dependent upon speakers and workshops, but the structure of the weekend is as follows:
Friday – Registration from 4pm, dinner 6pm, evening session 8pm-10pm
Saturday – 9am-10pm
Sunday – 9am-1pm
The Hayes, in Swanwick, Derbyshire, has successfully been the market leader as a Christian Conference Centre since 1911, providing residential and day conference facilities for up to 400 delegates. Accommodation comprises mainly ensuite bedrooms, and cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner is provided at no extra charge.
Set in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside with easy road, rail and air links, the Centre is well equipped to serve your conference with quality facilities, and friendly staff.
At Harvesters we enjoy The Hayes’s location and surroundings throughout the weekend, but particularly on Saturday afternoons where there is the opportunity to take part in football, cycling and – if sport isn’t your thing – other activities such as music and photography.
